Evangelist A.B. Ost singing in Swedish - "Dar Jesus Ar, Ar Himmelen" - "Where Jesus Is, Is Heaven There" Rodheaver Record Company, Chicago, Illinois I received this long play 78 rpm record from one of my college profs, and Covenant historian, Dwight Gunburg, in the mail a few years ago, and recently transfered it to cd. Here is his note: Dear Jim, Here is your one platter album of your grandfather singing a classic. I have played it and don't believe there are many major flaws. Now you should gather all your little ones together to hear this voice out of the past. I'm sure he would be happy. He was not a great baritone, just a nice, normal singing voice that could praise the Lord. I wish I had a similar recording of my Grandpa Swenson for my grandchildren to hear. Well, history can show all our warts, but they are warts that have been redeemed. Aren't we lucky. I hope that you and all A.B.'s loved ones are well and happy. God bless you all.
